I had the honor and pleasure of getting to know Mr. Rosenbloom, through a mutual friend, the late John Youtcheff. They both lived for many years at River House in Arlington, VA; in fact, Mr. Rosenbloom was a "charter tenant" from the 1960s. Mr. Rosenbloom was a most cultured, highly educated gentleman, but what stood out above all else was his kindness.
