Not sure what to say?

I met Geoffrey for the very first time one morning prior to court. It was a matter concerning the very future of a young man. He wanted to cut through all the legal aspects and go right to the heart of the matter, it was personal to him. He was young and fresh out of law school and I was new on the job too. Together, we cleared the path for a young man to enter the Air Force and get on with his life. It was the beginning of a relationship that would last decades and many opportunities to help...

Having met Geoff through my work. I quickly became keen to his dry wit and extreme generosity. My condolences.

I loved Geoff was a NY Giants fan and I was a Cowboys fan in the same division. Football was a great ice breaker to more important matters such as his family. He truly cared about his girls. He was an effective communicator and had a genuine curiosity for many interesting things. His openness to people making mistakes in life, change who I want to be like.

I met Geoff when he was a Zonker at USC and immediately knew he was a special person. That dry sense of humor, combined with his intelligence and civility, made him someone I liked immensely, respected, and admired. And always will. My condolences to all who knew him and loved him. We are the lucky ones.

My family is very saddened to hear of Geoff´s passing! 35 years ago he changed my family´s lives. He was our adoption attorney and we are forever in his debt! We have kept sporadic contact through the years. I will miss his kind and heartfelt comments after I sent him what he called our"brag letters". Rest in peace!

The remembrance service was wonderful, and I learned so much. I wasn't able to share memories of my brother at the service, but...Of the many fond memories are a few that only this younger sister can share. When we were kids--he was in early high school--he and I would sit at the kitchen table during dinner and mimic audios of the late great Peter Sellers. We were cohorts in comedy, to the hearty amusement of our family. Geoff also was a thoughtful, caring brother, taking note of things I was...

My heartfelt condolences to the family of my friend and attorney Geoffrey Waggoner. Our careers touched often bringing meaning and hope to the community we served. Ours is the story of a lawman and a lawyer that forged a friendship during our efforts to put a young mans life back on tract. It's difficult to say goodbye to my honorable friend. You will always be my inspiration.

I was very saddened to learn of Geoff's passing. Although I was not among his circle of friends, through the years, I have called upon him for his legal expertise. So, I considered Geoff a professional friend. He was a dedicated advocate for his clients and a learned resource for other bar members. His absence will be felt, his memory honored. I pray that the peace of God always remains with Geoff's family and friends. Cheryl Whipper Hamilton

Geoff was a very hard worker and adviser while a member of northwoods sertoma!
