We game him a run for his money and made him work very hard -- but he made it look easy. I learned lots which I still apply today. George and I were colleagues in the Social Studies department of Sharon High school which he came to lead as department head for many years . He always had the students of Sharon as his highest priority . It was fitting that he would become principal of the school which is yearly rated in the top 10 high schools in Massachusetts.
