I remember visiting you & showing you the pics from my phone on veteran's day 2014 of you & your army buddies. Little did I know you would pass away a few days later. You were a wonderful father. You were the best. I miss you daddy.

My name is scott johnston my family moved to mcallen when I was 13 years old , when I was 15 George and Betty gave me my first job , I worked Friday and Saturday nights 9:30 to 6 in the morning, I still think of George and Betty very often , they took me in and treated me like one of their kids .
