Not sure what to say?

As a long time employee of GSO, I worked with many General Managers. George was definitely unforgettable and a good one. I still recall him telling me to get my spreadsheets, he would grab a cigar, and we would go across the street, sit on the bench, and talk about budgets.

I am so glad I got to meet you and spend some time with you.

Only 2 or 3 people in my life had a major impact. George was one of them

George was an esteemed colleague and served with his whole heart in so many ways over so many years, helping and guiding so many of us; it was a privilege and constant learning experience to know him, serve with him, and seek his mentorship.

George was graced with energy, focus, and a love for Jimmy and his old and new friends, always. From time to time, we would speak about the life of the spirit and living fully; and that is what he pursued with gusto. Working for and with him was exhausting, but funny, too. May the angels surround him in Love, amidst Jimmy and all those gone before him; and maybe let George work on better golf course "up there", too!

I´m deeply grateful to have met George this past summer in Vancouver. Right up until his last year, he was curious and engaging and so appreciative of community. May George´s name stay forever in our memory.

Thank you very much, George, for everything that has helped us grow in Poland.

Single Memorial Tree

I was fortunate to have spent a little time with George at a number of events around the country over the last 30 years. I will miss him but his generous spirit lives on.
