George "Bill" Eubanks, Sr.

Solway, TN

George "Bill" Eubanks, Sr. age 73 of Solway, passed away November 28, 2018 at his home. He was an army veteran of the Vietnam War, a loving husband and father, athlete, coach, mentor and an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by daughter, Kimberly Eubanks; parents, Savannah and Andrew Eubanks; brothers, Jack and John Eubanks. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Robertson Eubanks; son, George "Billy" Eubanks, Jr.; grandchildren, Marleigh and Josiah Roegelien, Kaden Greene and Jacob Eubanks; step-grandchildren, Brad and Donald Mashburn, Casey Inman and Larissa Little; brother, Fred Hubert Eubanks; sister, Betty Sue Hunt; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday at Weaver's chapel with the service to follow at 8 pm. Family and friends will meet at 11:45 am Saturday at Oak Ridge Memorial Park for a 12 pm interment. Condolences may be left at www.weaverfuneralservices.com.
