Not sure what to say?

My God where do you start with a man like Shorty. I loved him and Vera dearly. Although this phenominal man could be intimidating to some, with his family he was the very best. In the years I spent with George Sr we had many wonderful times together. I enjoyed our conversations immensely as he was such a great teacher. My greatest consolation is knowing him and Vera are together again. I miss them both dearly. My prayers and love to all.

Dear George,
I'm sorry for the loss of your father. He was a good man and an inspiration to many.
I will keep him & your family in my prayers.
May God bless you all.

George:

I was very sorry to hear of your father's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Hamilton Family,
My father, Jack Tracy and George were first cousins (their mothers were sisters). My father felt a true kinship with George. When my parents started to winter in Florida they enjoyed getting together with George and Vera. Later still they enjoyed traveling with George and Vera in their motor home.
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve the death of your father, grandfather and brother.

How I remember Grandpop George

He had one arm but you'd never know it, because he swam everyday and used one arm, like others would use two.

Melrose Diner, Oaklyn Diner, Baileys Health club, where he'd take me swimming(at the crack of dawn) at Christmas time, as a kid. Big Boats, soda fountains, like the one I'd use on his boat when I was little. Grandpop taking the boat out in the deep see, than getting a bucket of...

To the Hamilton Family,

My deepest condolences on your loss. Shorty was an exceptional man in many ways. I am sure that he will be sorely missed. I will keep him and your family in my prayers during this somber and sad time.

George Hamilton was my grandfather and i loved him very much. I would go up to stay with him for weeks at a time to help take care of him and just to see his shining personality. He was a wonderful person with a great personality. "Its good to be alive".
