Not sure what to say?

Time passes quickly: my Mother knew George as a child & he was always a wise advisor to me as a then-young politician. May his memory live on as a blessing for his family!

I'm saddened to hear of his passing. George meant a lot to my family back in the 80's. We remember him fondly.

I extend condolences to George's family..like all of us, he wasn't perfect but he was a great businessman and a political leader in the fullest meaning of those words...I always enjoyed chatting with him during my days at the Capitol and visits to the Parma...I will remember him in my prayers...

I am so saddened to learn of the passing of my long time friend and colleague, George Hannon, with whom I had the honor to serve in the Ct. State Senate, during the late 1970s. He was a special person and talent and served well his family, community and the people of our State. He will always be remembered as a fine person who made a positive difference in making our greater community a better place for all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time of great loss. ...

Another great tree has fallen in the forest.
George was an estimable politician and a great advisor on many issues. He will be missed. May his memory live on as a blessing for his entire family.
