George and I went through Basic Training together at Lackland AFB in San Antonio where we became close friends. My deepest condolences to all who loved him. He as truly a fine man.

Mr. Hillsman always had a smile to share and a twinkle in his eye... he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers to your family.

I was so sad to hear about Mr. Hillsman passing! He was always a bright spot in my day when I worked at Oconee State Bank. My family and I always enjoyed the sausage he shared with us at Christmas time. My prayers are with his family and friends.

We grew up together at FLAT ROCK he has always been a friend as long as I can remember

George Hillsman was a friendly person who was very involved in the community. He will be missed.
