George Howard Obituary
George "Eddie" Howard Jr., 73, of Southington passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at his home. He was the husband of the late Beverly (D'Emanuele) Howard. Born May 25, 1942 in Willmington, NC, he was the son of the late George Edward and Desi (Allen) Howard. Eddie retired from Cuno Manufacturing in Meriden after 50 years of service. He was an avid NY Yankees fan. He is survived by his daughter Darlene Warner of Southington and Jon Warner of Meriden; a grandson Jon Warner and fiancée Chantal Distefano of Southington and a great-grandson Avery along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kristen Warner; two brothers, Charles and Leonard and a sister Shirley Secondo. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. Burial will be in South End Cemetery.
