Not sure what to say?

Although I didn't know George, over the years while walking my dogs I often saw him walking and in the last few years riding his bike, flags flying. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly greeting. I am saddened by his loss and will keep him and his family in my prayers. Cindy Kozak, neighbor in Shelby Twp.

George was a wonderful neighbor and an amazing role model. George never let any set backs in his health get in his way. He took great pride in doing his own daily yard work, walking, and riding his trike. There was never a time I seen him without a smile on his face and pep in his step. George is such an inspiration to us all. We will miss seeing him outside working every day.

It was a privilege to have know George Sr., he will truly be missed.

Grandpa, people who knew you really knew how smart you were. You really did have the answers to everything. You were a real man who provided for his family, made sure your house was a home and made sure any and everyone felt welcomed. We are all so heartbroken. I love you and miss you so much. The pain is so awful.

My condolences to the family of Mr Kasper. I'm sure that words cannot express the overwhelming feeling of disbelief that results from the loss of someone we love. May God comfort and surround you with the much needed love and peace. Continue to cherish all of the wonderful memories that you have all shared together.

To a man who loved life! I will miss deeply. Ever time we said hello there was a smile, a smile was endless. To his family, he was the greatest, if he could help he was there. His family has wonderful memory of him. I pray for all of you at this time.

Your life is a beautiful example of a life well lived. Rest in peace. Roy and Mary Ann Thibodeau

Dear Paul and Jill and the entire rest of the family. I am so sorry for your loss and the hurt you must feel at this time. It sounds like he was a wonderful man by any standards and I enjoyed reading about his life. Please feel the comfort of so many that love you including God. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

We are truly saddened by the passing of Uncle George. Conversations with him invariably and immediately revealed his warmth, inquisitiveness and unfailing good humor. His presence will be profoundly missed.
