I worked with Mr Kemper at the Continuation School in Imperial for many years. He would come by the school and get me to go pick up a female truant student. He was kind witty and just a good good guy. Rest in Peace Mr Kemper.

I absolutely LOVED Mr Kemper... he was the truant officer at Frank Wright Jr High when I went to school there... I was truant a lot & Mr Kemper would come find me cuz I usually missed the bus home... he would drive me out to Seeley to my Mom & Dads restaurant...
