I'm so sorry to hear Dr. McGowan passed. He was my daughter's surgeon at CCMC in 2000-2001. He was a very nice man and an excellent surgeon.

I had the privilege of working with Dr McGowan for many years at Hartford Hospital.He was truly a gentleman and a gentle man. He also cared for my daughter when she was a child.He was the true definition of a physician. May his gentle soul Rest In Peace
