Not sure what to say?

In a great part I owe my good life to George Payne... he encouraged my father to have me apply for a USN scholarship... his advice is the reason I became a Navy Officer and Naval Aviator. George and Peggy were good friends of my parents....

Alexander,

I'm so very sorry to hear of the loss of your father. May his light continue to shine in your heart and memories. You've done so much to make him proud...he'll always be just a thought away. Prayers going up for strength and comfort at this difficult time.

Dear Payne Family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!

As we all know, all good things do come to an end. He was one of the good ones. I know how much he guided my good friend Craig. My sympathy to the family.

Our condolences to you and your family.

Alexander + Mrs. Payne --
My thoughts and prayers are with you as I pray in THANKSGIVING for your dear Father + Husband for all the ways God blessed him and brought God's love and care into the world through him.

Find comfort in the words of the LITURGY: "In death, life is changed, not ended."

My deepest sympathies to your family. I am privileged to follow in George's footsteps at the US Department of Commerce office here in Omaha. From the moment of my arrival in Omaha, even after George had retired, he was a mentor and friend. I enjoyed his stories and advice. I know he will be missed by many.
