George was a kind and thoughtful man. A good friend to my late partner, David Alves, and a kind friend to me. A number of years back, we shared many Thanksgiving dinners at my house. He lived a "golden rule" life. A good resume indeed. I'm grateful and lucky that our paths crossed.
