Later, he explored entrepreneurship, owning Redders Party Store and The Shelf & Custom Shop in Holland, where he combined his business acumen with his love for building and creating. One of George's fondest accomplishments was being a subcontractor of the home they built on Allegan Lake in 2004 and was able to finish the interior with his son Brian.
