I was so saddened to read of his passing. I was searching for Christine on the internet and found this. Please accept my most sincere condolences from my heart. I grew up with Christine and our parents were close friends for a time. God's blessings to you all and be strong remembering all the fond memories of him.

Wow how sad! I just found out about his passing by doing a search of old friends from Tempo Instruments. I got to hang with George at his house when he lived on Long Island and got to jam with him and Danny Thomas on drums, I was just learning to play at the time. I also went camping with George many times and have some pictures if anyone is interested. RIP George!

I learned of George's passing only today. I met him when I worked for Tempo Instruments from 1982-85. Got together on a couple of occasions to jam with him and Dan Thomas.

Bye George. I just know you are up there playing with John, Keith, and all the rest. Rock on.

Met George while working at Tempo in NY, was able to jam with him a few times and when he relocated to CA we traveled along with him as far as the Grand Canyon. George Sbordone was both a great freind and inspiration in my life. I did not get to spend as much time with his as I would have liked to, but he has made a huge positive impact on me and my life. I will cherish what he taught me and his memory forever. I love you George :)
