We both knew George from working with him at Boeing. We were always amazed at his youthfulness. We had never worked with anyone who was working full time at his age or with someone who was a WWII vetran. He was always a pleasure to be around. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. May God grant you peace and comfort.

I worked with George at Boeing until he retired to take care of his wife. When I first met George at work he was telling me he flew on the B-17 during WW II. I told a friend and they said that can't be true the man would be in his 80's. Next day I asked him his age -- he was in his 80's. Everyone loved George.
