He´s truly missed

He was such a blessing to everyone he knew and worked with. Still missed and loved deeply. Rest easy my friend

Just learned of George's passing .. some 2 yrs. late. What a great musician he was. Seems all the great Polka bands are gone. George, and his music, will be missed.

I will never forget the music George shared with his audiences. I got to know George through our mutual friend, Dave Stirk. Dave used to play with George in "Silver Sky Duo" years ago. We will never forget the music George brought into our lives. We could dance to everything he played. During breaks, he would always find time to stop by our table to chat. Whenever we put on a dance, it would be George we called first. Chris and Dave Goodwin

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss! George is probably singing songs and hymns in heaven. I know he loved his children and family very much. Alex and Maria, my deepest condolences to you both. God Bless each of you in this sorrowful time.

We said goodbye to a great uncle. I will always have wonderful memories of you and your music. I hope your singing and dancing in heaven with your sister. Give her a big hug and kiss from us! We love you and miss you Uncle George.
Love and prayers to Beth and family.

I had the pleasure of meeting George at a private party in Wheeling. He was the absolutely amazing entertainment. What a nice guy. He will be missed by many. Prayers for you and your family.

George was such a talented and soulful performer. He was so delightful to talk to and discuss things with. He just brought enjoyment into any room he played in. He will be missed so very much especially by our residents at Presbyterian Senior Care. My prayers go out to his family.
