This man was a treasure. A little nutty for sure but still a treasure. He surely livened up The New Sensational Seniors. I did a myriad of shows with him and never knew what to expect. Audiences loved his irreverence but he was always respectful. Heaven better be ready. The angels will have to trade in their harps or ukuleles.

To the family of Gerry Bartz, Gerry was a "one of a kind" individual and I enjoyed his company immensely.I worked for Ryerson Steel ,both in Buffalo and in New England for forty two years and during that time did business with Gerry. He was always very professional when he needed to be but still with a twinkle in his eye. We had several long enjoyable lunches over the years ,the most memorable at McCarthys in the First Ward.
