Not sure what to say?

What an awful day this was. We loved this man.

Dorothy and family,
My deepest sympathy is with you all.
I never met Jerry in person but feel like I know him. I got to know him years ago thru his geneology research when he was researching the Neal family. After we found out that we were distant cousins we kept in touch thru email. He also called me when my dad was dying in the hospital and I could tell he was a fine man.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Although I mever met Jerry, other than on the radio; I will miss hearing that distinct voice of his and also his humor and his e-mails.
May you rest in peace old friend. We will all miss you.
Our deepest sympathy to Dorothy for your loss.

When I heard that Jerry had passed I was deeply saddened. I never met Jerry face to face or shook his hand, but I felt that I knew him. I first heard him on the radio many years ago and more recently on 3747 every evening. He was a good person, friendly to all, and always had a special kind of wit and humor that was uniquely his. He will be missed very much. 73’s Jerry. KB5DS

my beloved uncle a candle always lights our way

Miss Dorothy, you are in our hearts and our thoughts. Jerry was such a special man, although of course you already knew that. Oh, how his passing will leave a hole in many lives.

My most heartfelt condolences to Dorothy and family.
I will miss hearing Jerry's deep laughter on the air and his deep booming voice. I will miss seeing him at hamfest. I will deeply miss him in my life.

Dear Dorthy,
I can't tell you how much Jerry will be missed. Everyone will hold precious memories of him throughout the Ham community but to me I will always hold dear memories of Jerry being my Wolfman Jack. His humor has brought a smile to my face many times. I can't express enough how much he will be missed and thought of always. You are always in my prayers. My heart goes out to you in this time of loss. Jerry will always live on in our hearts and wonderful memories.

Today, with profound sorrow, i bid farewell to a very dear friend. In many ways, he was like a brother to me, always understanding and ready to help in any way that he could. The fond memories of the time we spent together will be with me for the rest of my life.
73's to my friend, Jerry
