Not sure what to say?

What kind of man takes in two children and treated them as his own. Who loved and provided for them more than their own father! Who, before him, their mother had simply struggled to keep a roof over their heads. A man who each day lived offshore. Who would stay out on the gulf so others could spend time with there families during the holidays. A man that sacrificed everything for his family. A man who if you couldn't pay your first month's deposit up front, would work with you so your family...

Nina, you and your family are in my thoughts and in my prayers. So sorry for your loss.

A great family friend who will be missed by many.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

A wonderful man now touches the face of God. Thank Mr. Gerald for being a wonderful teacher to my husband, Grandfather figure to my children, And Flirt for my mother who had alzhemiers, I am sure yall are again dancing in heaven as yall did so often on your back porch. Your kindness to my mother will never be forgotten. Most of all your kindness to my family. We love you so very very much. Nina, Lil G, and LOO LOO. Our prayers are with you all and we love you all. Greg and Becki Robichaux, (...

Nina, we lift up you and your family, asking our Heavenly Father to wrap His loving arms around you. May you find solace in knowing He prepared a place for Gerald and now he rests peacefully in the arms of His Maker. We are so sorry we cannot be with you tomorrow, but you are all in our prayers.

Brother-in-law you taught me what a true and loving relationship with a sibling looks like. I have never witnessed such a caring one. You loved my sister so much and I DO know that you worked in pain for years so you could provide for her and your family. You were a REAL man!

Loss of a good friend is not easy to deal with. As it is we must all go at one point and time. My condolences to Nina and the family.

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to a dear, dear friend. Love to Nina and family. Michael and Stephanie
