I had the distinct privilege of being associated with Gerry for over 20 years at both Kodak and ITT. For most of those years we were peers and shared many views on organizational practices. His leadership was inspirational but grounded in what was in the best interest to people and their goals. During my final corporate years, I reported directly to Gerry.
