Chris I would like to express my sincere sympathy to you and your family. When you and your Mother would come in the bank it was always a pleasure to wait on you both. The laughs and smiles will never be forgotten.

Gert was like a second mother to me. When I was caring for my ailing mother and father, Hurricane Sandy hit our area causing damage and flooding. Gert drove during the storm to see if we were safe and needed anything. We had no electricity. She got back in her car, went back to her home, made fresh coffee, eggs and toast and drove again back to our house. I never met anyone that touched my life with such caring and kindness. We will miss her.

In loving memory of our Aunt Gert. We will miss her smile. Our hearts ache, but we know she is at peace with the Lord.
