Dear DeVaughn's, I so wish I could be with you all at this very sad and difficult time. God blessed me with 44 years of Gil in my life. A wonderful Uncle, and Man. Gil was a gentle, kind, caring, softspoken man with a wonderful sense of family, and a great sense of Humor. Uncle Gil will be greatly missed by all of us! So many memories are going through everyone's head right now, memories that are etched in our hearts and minds. The bluebird of happiness will be with him always.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. I was Gil's OCC in the mailroom at Farmers. He was a "one of a kind person". Always kind and friendly never saying a negative word about anyone or anything. We had many conversations about his trips and the time spent with family, it was evident how much love he had for his family especially the grandkids.
He will truely be missed by all who knew him.
