My deepest and most sincere condolences to the Gamez family. Gilbert and my father had been friends since childhood and thats how Gilbert was introduced to my life. Gilbert was a great man who always made me laugh and who loved country. He will be deeply missed and forever have a place in my heart. May his humor and song put a smile on God's face, as he did mine.
