Of Annapolis, MD on February 27, 2013.He is survived by his children Jonathan Easton Renaut, Elizabeth Renaut Stauffer, and Samuel Charles Thompson Renaut, four grandchildren and his ex-wife Deborah Schwartz Axelrod.Friends and family may call at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home, Inc. 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, MD 21401 on Monday, March 4, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held at the Taylor Chapel on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Paul Rock Creek Cemetery in Washington, DC.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Historic Annapolis Foundation. This makes me so sad - I was out of town from the 27th until the March 5th and found out about this this morning :'(
What a loss and too soon!!! Condolences to the family.
He will be, and is missed, what a shame for Annapolis.

Gilbert you will truly be missed. It's not many teachers that stay in contact with their students. However you were one in a million. I will always remember your kindness. I pray that your family will find peace in their sorrow just knowing the kind of man you were. Rest in peace my friend.
