Gibby was always the guy who was available to get answers from, or would get answers to you. He was just good at everything and friendly as can be. May he rest in peace, and my condolences to his family.

I really have not known Gibby and Norma for that long but he was quick to let me into his inner circle of friends and family with warmth and compassion that flows from both of them. I know this is for Gibby but it's hard to talk about one without mentioning the other because they were so intertwined and devoted to one another. A model example set forth on how to do things right. Our deepest condolences. Gibby was an extraordinary person who was loved and knew by so many people. He was a great friend for years and I was so grateful to still be able to contact him when I needed advice or just to catch up. We will truly miss you friend until we see you again.

Gibby was a good friend, respected, and my goto for politcal insight. There are a number of well known elected officials who got ther with Gibby's help. He was one of a kind and will never be replaced. I love you man!!
