She was the best neighbor and friend in the world, to me and my mother Geraldine Slaughter (Hawaii Ave. NE). Mrs. Epps' kindnesses towards my mother will never be forgotten. To the Epps family, I am truly sorry for your loss. She always talked about her love and pride for you. I loved listening to her talk about her travels and especially her church.
