Dear Bruegmann family I am sorry to read of Vic's passing,I have many memories of Vic ,Smokey,Waytt,Kenny and a few more coming into my parants laundy to wash their shell casings,I was stopped a few times by Vic and remember one time he told myself and a few friends to go home and not come back out that night and to make sure he sat behind the laundry to make sure we didn't.
