Not sure what to say?

Early spring in 1990. I heard about a guy who had a down hill sled track set up on a hill side in Fox, Alaska. One Saturday morning my daughter and I drove to Fox and found the hill. Glen had a snow machine and was pulling sleds up the hill. He motioned for us to ride up the hill with him, so we did. He gave me and my daughter excellent instructions on how to operate these sleds safely. My daughter and I got on a sled and down we went. When we got to the bottom, we were hooked! We went up and...

So Saddened to hear about Glen. Thoughts, Prayers and Condolences to the Quakenbush family. Take care!

Gone but not forgotten my friend!!! Was a pleasure knowing you, and sharing good times!

I am stunned to my core at the news of Glen's sudden passing. We had been trading voice mails for most of last fall. I always liked Glen's approach to things. I consider myself lucky to have him consider me a friend. I've worked on his crews, partied hearty and shared many stories with him over the years. Visited that grand house in Lake Havasu City a few times, and got to know Marie too. My favorite story was about how he controlled haul road traffic one day on an Atigun Pass main line...

I'll always remember the story of me almost not getting my first dog Holly for Christmas because you fell in love with her and didn't want to give her up! Rest easy Uncle Glen.

Prayers and Condolences to the Quakenbush family

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Glen was a friend back in high school and later on he worked with Paul at the refinery in North Pole. In my prayers. Kenny Maywood

Was a wrestling teammate of Glen´s at Main Junior High and West Lathrop many years ago. Was shocked to hear of his passing. Would bump into him every now and then and he would always greet me as mad dog my wrestling nickname. He was a larger than life fellow and know he´s missed by the people that knew him. Rest in peace Glenn

condolences to family and friends.....He passed way to young...
