I was in the class a year ahead of Glen. I remember playing on a great rec. league basketball team with Glen, Dave affeldt, Mark Raddatz and others. Glen was a good athlete and all around nice guy. He never lost his cool and was quick with a clever remark and a big grin. I know there's an old saying that only the good die young. This would certainly apply to Glen. my deepest sympathy goes out to Glen's family.

There are many, some rather foggy, but wonderful memories of Glenn. Yes, he was smart and a shrewd sheepshead player, and he used to make me so mad with his ability have the points counted before all the cards were all played. (How did he do that?) Besides his fun-loving spirit and generosity, Glenn was also a quiet source of understanding and compassion. I wish he could be with us now to let us know that everything will be OK. With deep sadness and love to all,

I have such fond memories of Glenn - hosting great parties until all hours of the morning, sheepshead and cribbage games, the Field House and more. He was generous and a fun loving man and I will always hold memories of him close to my heart. My sympathies are with all of you.

I will always remember Glen with fond memories. We became very close at Tosa East and he was always a true friend and great buddy.
Glen was very competitive and very smart. He was always trying to figure out a way to give our team an edge. Be it softball, basketball, tennis, or sheepshead. Glen was a pretty darn good athlete in his day.
Glen loved playing 5 handed sheepshead and whenever we were having trouble getting enough guys to play Glen would say { my dad has a...

When I think of all the ways that Glenn influenced my life I am so thankful that I had him for a friend. Glenn was a real Renaissance Man. He taught me to be a first rate cribbage player, (don't break up a run) he shared with me his unique ability to be a generous host and make it seem effortless,(use the good stuff and keep the glasses full) and he made sure I had enough knowledge about the music that he loved to form my own opinions( Blodwyn Pig is not a type of flu). He had so much to...
