Glenn was a childhood friend. We would often play in his basement home on 32nd avenue with the steel erector sets, scooting around the floor pushing a red wagon, one driving, one pushing. We made molded edible candy from one of his Christmas gifts. Glenn, Paul, and I and others played killdeer in the backyard, ate green apples from their tree, played hide and seek with flashlights in the summertime.
