Not sure what to say?

Dad, I think about you everyday. You were such a shining example of a truly honorable man, father, grandfather and husband to Mom. You taught your family how to work hard and to do the right thing. You had a lot more living to do! We miss you and we will love you forever. Love always, Cheryl Lynne

Gordon has joined your daughter and they continue to love and care for you, Gail, and your family here. You, two, have been an inspiration since we were neighbors in Cincinnati and your girls babysat for our children. I treasure our last visit in New Hampshire and the picture of you and Gordon, me and Ben. Great memories. With sympathy and prayers. Mary Lynne Rapien

Dear Gordon's family
I have had the fortune to have known Gordon through our families. Our grandmothers were sisters. He was one of the finest men i have known. our l
ives were entwined by family and he will always be in our hearts. May he rest in peace. With deepest sympathy, Gail (Condike) Armstrong

Poppa was an undeniably beautiful presence while he walked this earth and I will be forever grateful for his kind bits of wisdom and cunning sense of humor, not to mention his extreme generosity. 'Till we're all together again I will miss him so and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by the many family members he's left behind to be together.

My grandfather Gordon was the most gracious, loving, and one-of-a-kind example of an honest and beautiful human being. I'm so grateful to have spent so many years learning from him, being inspired by his life and life choices, and I'm humbled to know his presence will live on in each of us. Love you Poppa.

I learned lessons from my Dad till his last day with me. I am so lucky and proud to have him as my father and will try to follow in his foot steps till i am with him again. Thank you for so many wonderful memories.

Dear Dad,
You were my everything. I will be forever grateful to you for being a great Dad, husband, Grandpa and Great Grandpa, brother and Uncle. Thru your example I will strive to be a better person, see only a positive view, set future goals, give time and be patient to others, be generous to a fault, give thanks and say thank you.
I love you,
Your daughter,
Diane

Gordon would always greet friends with a nice smile and a welcoming hello, it would not be hard to list his qualities and virtues not to mention the unselfishness he offered toward the family he loved at the end of his life. I simply enjoyed his friendship, and will miss it. With much love to Gail and his family Ted
