On August 24, 2005, GRACE B. HAWKEN of Washington, DC. Beloved wife of the late Stafford W. Hawken, M.D.; devoted mother of Wendell Hawken Clatterbuck, Samuel McComas Hawken, M.D. and Victoria Hawken Jackson; loving grandmother of Fred Hetzel, Ashley White, Brennan Hawken, Peter Hawken, Taft Hawken, Tom Hawken, Jennifer Hawken and Jessica Hawken. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at JOSEPH GAWLER'S SONS, INC., 5130 Wisconsin Ave., N.W. (corner of Harrison St., N.W.), Washington, DC, 20016 on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 3 p.m. Interment private.
