Grace Mary Burch Schaeffer, 77, of Ft. Myers, FL, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017. Formerly of Boca Raton, FL, she had been a resident of Southwest Florida for the last fifteen years. She was born April 20, 1940 in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Samuel A. and Margaret (nee Costansa) DiPrima.
Grace had great love for music. Whether playing piano, singing opera or cantering in her church choir it was so evident God had blessed her with an unbelievable talent.
Mrs. Schaeffer is survived by her loving husband of four years, Allan Paul Schaeffer; her beloved children, Margie (David) Tann of Cape Coral, FL, Mary Kay (Mark) Lenart of Chagrin Falls, OH, Tracy (Daniel) Cloyd of Suffield, CT and Christopher (Cheryl) Burch of Cape Coral, FL; her stepsons, Paul Schaeffer of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Michael Schaeffer of Pompano Beach, FL; brothers, Joseph V. (Victoria) DiPrima of Ft. Myers, FL and Anthony S. (Sarah) DiPrima of Bonita Springs, FL; and eight cherished grandchildren, Anthony (Virginia) Tann, Alex Tann, Nicholas Lenart, Francesca Lenart, Grace Cloyd, Paige Burch, Ava Cloyd and Christian Burch.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Burch.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Shikany's Bonita Funeral Home, 28300 Tamiami Trail South, Bonita Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 625, 111th Ave. N., Naples. Burial will follow at Naples Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. John the Evangelist Choir Fund, 625 111th Ave. N., Naples, FL 34108.

No words can express how much you will be missed! I will always cherish the wonderful memories of our travels to several NPM conferences. My Dear Friend Grace,What a great smile! You will be missed so much, I can't believe I am sitting here writing this to you. We go back so many years and have been through many tears and laughter, so many "Lucy" moments together.
I will miss our fun times we have had over the years and cherish the memories.
My heart aches for you, I love you Grace , your have left me too soon, yet another void in my life.
Rest in Piece and know you will be so missed, by so many.
