Not sure what to say?

I'm another member of the Grady Franklin fan club. I met him when I started working for the old WTTV in Indianapolis. He was always friendly, gracious and thoughtful. In those days, as I was learning news photography, I appreciated the advice Grady provided. And I was amazed by his knowledge of western movies. What fun to know this man!

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I wish to give a final salute to Grady an upper Tennesseean and University of Tennessee comrade who was a joy to be with whenever time permitted. Phil Brummit, LTC USA Ret

Grady was a favorite among the bankers and staff of the Indiana Bankers Association, and he spoke often of how proud he was of his family. Condolences to all.

Grady's spirit will be greatly missed! Such a trooper to get things done in life and give "life" a taste of its own humor! Fly high, Grady!

My heartfelt condolences to the entire Franklin family. I worked with Grady many times during my stint in corporate communications at Indiana Gas Company. I enjoyed his professionalism, his work and his stories of a life well lived. He will be missed my many.
