Not sure what to say?

I've known Graham or "Carts" since 1985. I met him via my late father at 15. There is not enough room here to describe him. Here are some words.....love, gentle, genuine, honest, kind, smart, dad, beautiful soul. I'm sorry to hear of his passing but all who knew him became better people. Love Steve Cathcart.

Marian,I am in shock about the passing of Graham. So young and so vibrant, and you two such a great couple and family. Sending my love and hope to see you and give you a hug in real life xox

So sorry to hear about Graham´s passing. A wonderful, easygoing, warm soul. Enjoyed all our conversations because Graham was funny, insightful, and showed genuine interest. He listened well and I was always a little better in some way after we spoke. I will miss knowing him. My heart goes out to his wife, kids, extended family and close friends. God Bless. Jeff Egan

So shocked and saddened to hear this morning of Graham´s death. Played hockey with him for years. He always had time to listen, a wonderful quality.

Dear Marian and family. It was a shock when we heard of Graham´s passing. He was such a wonderful vibrant fellow, great businessman and good friend. Great sense of humour. I can´t say enough. Life is too short. Marian and family, our deep condolences go out to you all. May we all remember Graham for the great guy that he was. With love Roy Firth and Elaine Casavant.

Graham's genuine kindness and wonderful sense of humor made him truly special. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. We will miss him dearly and have Marian, Dylan, Luke and Dallas in our thoughts. Jenny, John, Adam and Jordan.

It is indeed with sadness that I read of this loss. He was a star among stars. I feel privileged to have know him. My condolences.

I will miss Graham´s magnificent, if sometimes irreverent, sense of humor that paired perfectly with his impish grin. My favorite Carterian witticism, after a long night of drinking: "I´ve gotta pee so bad my back teeth are singing `anchors away.´"

My heart is heavy with this devastating loss for Marian and the boys. In reflecting about Graham today, I realized how much he gave to my family. He was there for me as I navigated a changing world during and after my divorce. His generosity of time and expertise helped me build a new foundation. Graham had a supportive kindness in all his interactions with me, and for that I will always be grateful. I´m so sorry Marian, he won´t be forgotten.
