Very nice family to the Acworth community for years. I knew Greg for a long time loved him and his family dearly.He will be missed. Always remember passing the shop when he was out front he would always throw up his hand and and always had that big grin on his face you never seen him without it. RIP Greg you will always be loved by all.See you again in Heaven one day.

Our prayers are with you and family. I graduated with Greg from north Cobb. We had a drama class together, that is when I met Greg. we both were scared of acting and didnt like the class. I never was very close to Greg yet over the years Owning trucks, Greg came to my rescue several times. I will miss you my friend. Smith Trucking and McKibben Trucking. I have always held a high respect for Greg. The last time he rescued me, we talked on the way back to acworth. All about family. He held a huge love in his heart

I didn't know him personally but I do know I thought highly of his showing of the Ten Commandments out in front of the shop. These days with everybody getting their feelings hurt over every little thing that offends them, I appreciated that representation of the commandments. Rest in Peace, Greg

Our prayers are with you. Greg was a Student at North Cobb High School when I first started teaching there in 1978. I am so blessed to see so many heartfelt coments about his life and how he affected so many lives. I am so sad when I see one of my beloved students pass on but am uplifted by the comments make about his life.

I haven't spoken with Greg in years and was not aware he had been ill. I have known him since kindergarten and will always remember him as an always smiling, happy boy. I know he was well-respected and cherished by the community and has come to the aid of many of us several times, me included. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. I met Greg at a "TIME" event that he and I attended when I worked at Cobb Fire. He was a professional business man that we loved to work with and respected. Through the years I patronized his repair shop and could always depend on honest work and low costs. He was one of the good guys that are so rare in today's cut throat business world. Daddy was the best person ever he cared about everyone and would help anyone. He was a very loving caring father and wonderful man all together. I will miss him so much words cannot explain. I learned so much from him and i am so very grateful of the life i got to spend with him. God truly blessed the world with him but now god is getting to enjoy him for eternity. Greg was my biggest role model ill ever have I grew up there for goin on 11 years he showed me every thing I know about cars and life i tought myself how to drive a straight shift in his lot everything look at me now greg I got an awesome job working on cars in a dealership helping support my mama I wouldn't be were I am today or near the person I am today without you I love you buddy always have.
