My family and I met Greg at Big Bob's orignally in St. Joseph MO and followed him to the Overland Park store because he was such a great man. His customer service was number one and that is hard to find these days. He was a great man and even though I didn't know him very long my 2 boys were very sad to hear that he had passed away. We were doing an addition on our house when we met Greg about 1 1/2 years ago. Anytime I said I was going to Big Bob's my 2 boys were ready to go as they thought he was great as well. He took a personal interest in us and he even called to check on my oldest son after he had gotten hurt at a football game. You just don't find many people these days that have that big of a heart.

My friend and poker buddy.

Greg and I first met sometime in the late 1970's, while I was still in high school or college. We worked together at Zephyr Products during a few of my Christmas holidays and summer vacations. He made a very positive impact on me. He was a great teacher and philospher.

I saw Greg a few more times in the 80's and 90's and was recently reunited with him on November 18th, 2010 during a dinner, where he spoke to his friends, associates and to many others whom he had never met before. Greg was at his best; very upbeat and energetic. Greg made everyone smile, as usual.

Greg, you are ther best!

Greg captured our hearts from the very start. His warm, personal style and great sense of humor made Greg a fast friend to children and adults alike. My kids remember their childhood intertwined with happy memories of Greg who always made each person feel so special. He made this world a better place by giving a beautiful smile, a cheerful heart, and a compassionate ear to each one who crossed his path. May the angels be with you Greg. You will always be dear to us.

Greg had a way of making everyone feel special no matter who you were. Although I knew him only briefly we shared a deep conversation, his of his wife and me of my mother. He missed her deeply but decided to start living again when he went to work at Big Bob's. He was never really working, only living to touch others on a daily basis. It was through his wife's death that I believe he found the purpose of life. May I be blessed with his memory to touch others daily and remember to live each day with life, love and compassion.
God bless all those who were touched by Greg's life and may he revel in the Joy of Heaven

My significant other and I got to know Greg due to playing in Amateur Poker League Texas Hold'Em tournaments in various locations throughout the city. Greg was so good at the game that he was the league's number one player in points one year. Not just for this area, but for the entire league.

Even though we had not seen Greg in a number of years, we still remember the lessons he taught us about the game, life, and how to treat others. We will miss him.

Our condolences to his family, friends, and coworkers.

There are so many fond memories that I have of Greg. It's hard to think of him without seeing that smile, that glowing silliness and lighthearted demeanor that he imparted into all that were around him.

Greg influenced me at a vulnerable time in my life and was a great friend and mentor. I have always cherished the time I spent with Greg and the lessons I learned from him. I know that I will forever look back at my life and think about the impact that Greg's friendship had on me.

Greg, I will always remember your roll in making me the man I am today, and I'm so glad I got to see you recently, even if by chance - "Cool beans, Dude".

Greg was a true leader, a wonderful man who inspired those around him want to be better. He never came down on others, but asked leading questions that gently showed us our follies and our possibilities.
Literally hundreds of men and women benefitted from Greg's leadership. He is missed. Our condolences to his family and friends. His legacy lives on.

Greg was someone you meet once in a lifetime. He taught me alot about how to treat people the right way. I only knew him for a short time, but the effect he had on me will last for the rest of my life. I'll miss you more than you will ever know. Love ya, Miss ya.

I believe once in a lifetime you meet someone that has a profound effect on your life. I only had the pleasure of knowing and working with Greg for a short time. But in that time he taught me more about how to be a better person, and to treat people the way I want people to treat me. I will miss you more than anyone will ever know. I'm sure Heaven decided it needed to be open a few more hours and you were the first one to say I'll take care of it. Love ya. Miss ya.

Mr. Greg Musselman will be missed , he had a contagious upbeat personality. I’m sure there are a lot of people who knew him better, loved him more. But I can only speak to what he meant to me. Greg over the past few years became my moral compass, he TAUGHT me always try and do the right things . period ,regardless of the inconvenience or price, peer pressure or conventional practice. Greg not only taught us; he truly lived each and every day with his own golden rule – treat everyone else as good as you could only dream of being treated . Without trying, but with many heartfelt conversations Greg became my mentor. “ a wise and trusted teacher and counselor” Partly in memory of Greg, partly because of the influence he has had on my two sons ,Joseph and Michael , and partly because it’s just good business, I’m encouraging all of us to include -----W.W.G.M.D. in our customer service statement (What Would Greg Musselman Do ) I will miss Greg and pray that he will find peace and joy in the hereafter and thank him from the bottom of my heart for touching my soul.

Greg is the perfect person when you were around him you could not help but to smile, if one was lucky enough to have met greg they were blessed with a friend for life, a five minute conversation with greg and you felt as though you've known him for a life time.I regret that my relationship with greg was limited to work I wish it could have went further than that. Until our paths cross again I will miss you greg, my thoughts are with your family during this time of loss you truly are a amazing person its so sad you are gone.

Greg became a true friend of mine..my family...and business associates in the past couple of years. Greg drove a personal limo of ours on special occasions for all of us..Greg became part of our family...He was always available...jovial..funny...positive and wanted to please. We did not know Greg all that well but from time to time he and I would have lengthy discussions about life..family and how we live our lives today. He was insightful...on many subject matters.
Greg was a pleasure to be around...he put a smile on your face when he was with you...and he never had a bad day..or at least he would make you believe so. Greg will be terribly missed by all..I am sure...and I know he will be missed by me...my family...loved ones.. and business associates...May he rest in peace...as he is now in the house of the Lord...Brad Slatten, Family and Friends.
