Not sure what to say?

Greg was a great person. As a a husband and father he was always loving and caring. As a banking executive he was wise and always a available to provide advise and inquire from all of us "the how to" better practice to complete a project. I will never forget how he gave a young devastated man coming off a layoff from Barnett Bank an opportunity to supervise his Operations Department, not only based on expertise but character. That devastated man lacking confidence but with tremendous drive is...

Aunt Mary,
I know this must be tough for you, but always try to remember the good times you and Uncle Greg had together. Hopefully this will help you out, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in a couple weeks.

Mary Ellen, Chris and John

He was truly "Special". To have worked with and known him personally was a memory that will never fade. He will be remembered with deep respect as a family man and co-worker.

I could see "Jesus" in Greg.

Peace and Love to you all. God Bless!

I have so many, many good memories of Greg, for I was there in the beginning, the beginning of his love affair with my sister, Mary Ellen. I had so many firsts with him, first time I played putt putt golf, or the time he took me to taste my first Burger King whooper (of which he made me try) to Greg and Mary Ellen accompying me and my husband, Bill, on our honeymoon. I knew Greg love me because he gave me the gift of watching his boys when he and Mary Ellen went away on business trips, I will...

Dear Nicholas Family, You have truly lost a great man and terrific Father, Husband, Grandfather and brother. I will always remember how kind and sweet he was during the time Eleni & Bill had their tragedy. I am truly sorry for your loss.

To the many friends, family and co-workers who have shared their thoughts and condolences over the past week, my family and I are truly grateful. It has been a very difficult time but reading your thoughtful words and shared memories has meant so much to us. My father was very fortunate to have each of you in his life - so are we. Thank you so much,

The Nicholas Family

My sympathy to you and your family for your loss. I will remember Greg from Fidelity National Bank, as well as the good times we had playing cards at Bob and Bonnie's. As we pass through this life there are some really, really nice people and I will never forget the Nicholas family.

Mary Ellen, John, Chris and family.

I am so deeply sorry to lose such a wonderful friend. I have thought of you and Greg so much since leaving Florida in 1983. Working with Greg at Fidelity National Bank in Miami was a highlight of my life. He inspired and guided me in my career in so many ways, as you are aware. Heeding his advice payed me double fold. Over the years he always loved to reminisce of the days when both our families went on picnics and fishing trips as we watched...

Mary Ellen,
I never met you, however seeing the pictures he always had of his family, in particular, of you, and the memories he spoke of during our business meetings, showed how much he loved all of you, in addition to, his true worth as a man. I met Greg when I was looking for a job in 1987 during his tenure at Professional Savings Bank. Although he truly did not need a person with my experience he found a way to hire me and eventually place me in a position that helped me and the bank....
