I went to school with her daughter who we called "Little Gwen" so many days and nights were spent at her house. She was always a fun and gracious Mom. I will never forget her. RIHP Ms. Gwen. Kim Lee

Gwen was a great friend to all and a mentor to many. Both Gwen and Judge Simmons were great role models to many. We will miss them .

This hurts my heart. Mrs Simmons is one of my "bones mothers" who would correct me and I RESPECTED her correction. RIP. Prayers to her family. Love Bobbette Jamison Smith
