Not sure what to say?

I was reading the posts on my Brother's Obituary and I want to thank his friends and family members for the condolences and kind words. It has been a tough period to endure but your kind expressions are very much appreciated by Leslie, Kate, Sam and myself. It's been tough in recent years being 3,000 miles away from John but we talked often and I was comforted hearing all of the kind words at his Memorial Service, especially from all of his California friends, who are amazing. I realized...

Very fond memories with John while in HS and we both worked as doormen at the Elkins Park House and summers in SIC. John was a good friend and I visited him Leslie, Sam and Kate while in San Fran and we had an epic mountain bike ride thru the fire trails. We also reconnected years later at the Jersey shore. The circumstances saddens me more than I can imagine. So sorry for you loss Leslie, Kate, Sam and the entire family and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Rest In Peace

So sorry for the mix up.The condolence message signed Charles Colwell was actually from me,Gayle Lynn Brumer.I am using his email. Extremely sorry for this.

Remember John and Mark very well from growing up in the village.my deepest sympathy to the family

I remember growing up with our fathers, both police officers and doing things with the families. My deepest sympathies to the family and children, prayers and memories to everyone. Its so very difficult.

RIP

I grew up with Mark and John on Cottman Street. Mark and I became best friends in the 4th grade and we have been that way ever since. John was always a great guy and has such a beautiful and successful family. John will truly be missed by all. God bless him and his family.

I´m so sad about cousin John´s untimely passing. I will always remember his smile, the fast way he sometimes spoke and spending fun times with him on the beach in Ocean City. Particularly praying for Leslie, Sam, Kate and Mark. Much love to you

John was a good friend to me, and his passing under these circumstances saddens me more than I can say. I offer my most sincere condolences to Leslie, Kate and Sam. I got to know John initially through our participation in Indian Princesses with our daughters, Kate and Emma. John organized our "tribe" of princesses about 17 years ago, and by mutual agreement of everyone involved he was the permanent "Chief" of our tribe over many fun years. He will always be our Chief. Rest...
