Garden Chapel Funeral Directors - South San Francisco Obituary

There is a little less laughter in the world today with the passing of Hamilton (Hammy)Meek. Surrounded by his family and friends, Hamilton was the true host to the end. Withthat final wink and eyeful of mischief he departed from this world on April 10th ready tograb hold of the next. Hamilton...

Not sure what to say?

Remember my friend from our days at " Kate Kennedy"! Even a suspension for leaving the school grounds going his house across the street from school. Unheard of in those days.

Hamilton was a friend as far back as Kate Kennedy School

Attended Kate Kennedy together remember sliding down stairway banisters , Him and I (in this day and period during lunch period ( left school campus to his house_) before his home phone rang telling us to get BACk. You didn"t do that in those days, 3 days suspended I from wife's writing that Hamilton had a great life,

I am deeply sorry for Hamilton wife, parents, siblings, and kids. I went to school with Hammy at Kate Kennedy, and got my first suspension from kate kennedy for leaving the grounds of the school. He just laughed. May you rest in peach, thanks for the days at day street part, and let the "Kennedy Brotherhood be remembered" as who and what we have become.

Dearest Patty,
I am so sorry to hear of Hamilton's passing. I am sure he and my Phil are enjoying themselves in that place where we shall all be together.

Dear "Mrs Meek",
We were all so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and Daniel's Dad. We did not know in time to attend the Mass (must be out of the loop).
Please know that our prayers and love are with you. The children (all grown-up now) and I shared great memories of your kindness and spunk when we heard the news.
Love, Dorothy Walsh and family

I remember your beautiful smile, and your sweetness . You were a presence on Day St and on 30th. You will be missed. Love to Patty and Randy and family.

We were sad to hear Hamilton passed and then reading the OB reminded of his laughs and wins and joys, his whole being. Joining many, many others at Mass, and later the reception (wake), we decided, sad, yes, but happy to have known such a wonderful man. Our heartfelt sympathies to Patti and Daniel. We hope in time you will remember the laughs most. Jerry and June Briesach

Wow, bring me way back to my childhood on 30th...Randy my Heart goes put to you! It takes me back to 1968..Rip Hammy!
