To Hammond IV and the rest of Dr Dugan's family. I just happened to think to look up your dad today. Only to find he had passed 2 1/2 years ago. My sister and I were his patients for years up until I was about 16 in 1980. He truly was a nice and great doctor. He never ceased to make me laugh even if facing a stitch sewing needle to my brow or series of tests when sick or getting shots and checkups. I am sad, I was not able to thank him as an adult before it was too late. Thank you...

Dr. Dugan was my doctor when I was a little girl! He always called me Smiley . I was very sick when I was about 10 and Dr. Dugan took great care of me. I was just today telling my fiancé about him and just learned of his passing. Sending my heartfelt condolences to his family.

I just learned of Dr. Dugan's death today and was so sad. I had bad asthma as a child and he would come to the office to give me Adrenalin shots even on the weekend so I would not have to go to the ER. He had a wonderful humor and was very calming for kids. He was the best doctor I've ever had, God Bless him.

To Dr. Dugan's Family:
I was going through some old papers and found my letter to Dr. Dugan when he closed his Towson Office. I googled him and was very sad to see he had passed away in January.
I loved Dr. Dugan. He was great with my two children and me! My husband traveled for a living so I had to handle a lot on my own.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God bless you, Dr. Dugan.
