As a forty year neighbor, I remember our kids playing together on my front porch. Such a nice guy, loving father and grandfather. I will keep the family in my prayers. Sleep in peace with the angels, Harley.

Hi we are Jake & Ellen Frederick and we worked with Harley at the ESPO and he was a great guy. I liked his quirky remarks. Funny guy and kind. I remember when my husband worked at the post office Harley would always say to him " So you wanna be a mail carrier?" To funny. So sad to see this and our condolences to the family. May he be pain free and may you rest easy my friend
