Friends and family are invited to a visitation and time of sharing on Saturday, October 25th, from 10:00AM to noon at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center, 181 East Brown Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.

Hi we are Jake & Ellen Frederick and we worked with Harley at the ESPO and he was a great guy. I liked his quirky remarks. Funny guy and kind. I remember when my husband worked at the post office Harley would always say to him " So you wanna be a mail carrier?" To funny. So sad to see this and our condolences to the family. May he be pain free and may you rest easy my friend
