Harry was one of the very first people I met when I moved to the Lehigh Valley back in 1995. I got to know Harry and Rachel many years ago when we were involved in amateur (ham) radio. I patronized his hardware store many times over the years. I've read numerous articles that he wrote regarding his World War II experiences during the Battle of the Bulge. Since moving away from the Allentown area, I never got a chance to visit his hardware store.
