Bro Harry Skelton was a friend to the children at Blue Mountain Children's Home in Blue Mtn., Ms. He was always there for them, making sure their needs were met. We always enjoyed his phone calls. So cheerful. His memory will live on at BMCH.

Harry was a warm, caring, spiritual individual who will truly be missed. I always enjoyed listening to all of his stories. I am thankful to have known Harry for the short time that I did. My condolences to his family.

Brother Skelton was a great man of Faith and of God. His ministry will be missed along with the fellowship we enjoyed through the years together. However we know that one day we'll be able to live together forever in fellowship with the Lord.

To the family of Harry Skelton - What a true original your dad was! I had the pleasure of working with Harry at 7UP from 1980(when I started) until he left, after his accident. I can tell you, there was never a dull moment when Harry was in the room! He was always 'funnin' on someone, and NO ONE was safe from his acerbic wit. In time I came to see that he was really gentle and kind, and a truly faithful man. You just don't get to see that very often, especially in the "man's world" of the...

Harry was my beloved brother-in-law and friend. He always reminded me of 'Hoss Cartwright' from the TV show, Bonanza. He was jovial and engaging; I don't think that he ever found someone that he could not talk to. Full of fun and jokes, he did not mind when some of the jokes were played on him! As much as he loved a good laugh, he loved the Lord even more. When I think of Harry, I always recall his favorite song, "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow." Harry was an original- someone who was not...

Dad was a remarkable man in so many ways to so many people. Twenty-seven years ago I married his youngest daughter Beth and I can tell you that he was the same then - until now. The two words I would use to describe Dad's life would be "Faithful Servant". He loved us all and prayed for our needs daily. He was a loving son, father, friend, and to MO - husband. He was a wonderful example for all of us on how to live our lives. Twenty-seven years ago he became my Father-In-Law and when he...

Ever since I was a little girl I admired and looked up to my Dad. I went on 7UP ride alongs, sorting his bottles for him, while enjoying hostess apple pies and buttermilk for lunch. Dad would say it was high on the hog. I enjoyed being his boy and side kick till my brother Rick came along. As an adult I still am very proud to say our Dad was one of the most generous men I've ever met, from bringing home the homeless for Thanksgiving or picking up the tab for lunch. He was truly a gem. ...

Growing up as a small child, grandpa was always there as a strong male role model and to help take care of us. If we needed food, he was there, if we needed someone to watch us after school until mom got off work, grandma and grandpa were always there. Whatever the need, we were always taken care of. They were both such a constant in my life in a time of uncertainty. My heart aches for him everyday, but I find comfort knowing that he is whole and reunited with grandma. Grandpa, you were the...
