Another true American Patriot has now passed on. I’d known Col. Harry Yoder for over 50 years, first really getting to know him, when I worked at the Boyertown Body Works, back in 1974. A very, very humble gentleman, I spent many hours talking with him about his experiences during WWII and the post-WWII Berlin Airlift. I heard Colonel Yoder speak at the Easton Library a few years ago. What a simple, humble man; full of life, dedicated to the service of his country. He is a perfect example of the "Greatest Generation."
